Role Overview:Theyare seeking an experienced Site Manager to join thedynamic team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage multiple phase developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and manage all aspects of the construction process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly with multiple phase developments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driving license.
