Description
- Drafting negotiating commercial agreements.
- Advising senior management and stakeholders.
- Data Protection Law, Company Law and governance.
- Leading significant projects.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Intellectual Property law, and Public law knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.
Profile
A successful Legal Counsel should have:
- A qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales.
- Post qualification experience in commercial, corporate or litigation law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
