Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Your Role:
- Manage warehouse layout, personnel, and equipment to maximise efficiency.
- Oversee inventory movement and records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Plan maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
- Coordinate vehicle fleet management, including servicing and MOTs.
- Supervise loading and unloading shipments with precision and care.
- Assist with property and building maintenance tasks.
- Lead health and safety management and reporting processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and computer systems.
- A valid Driving License and FLT License.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills, with an eye for detail.
- Effective leadership and clear communication skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- A team-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.
