Are you an HGV or PCV Mechanic or Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, days-based Monday-Friday role working within a friendly tight-knit team within a well-established company who pride themselves on their long term staff retention and overtime to increase earnings?
This company are a well-established public Bus company who have been delivering their essential service for over 100 years and provide their reliable service all around the country. Due to continual growth, they are looking for a new Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
In this stable role you will be working out of the workshop in Didcot, assessing and inspecting the fleet, and performing all maintenance and repair works as needed. You will work within a tight-knit team of 8 engineers as you work a rotating shift pattern switching between 40 and 50 hours a week, working every third weekend. The hours of work switch between 8am-3:30pm and 1:30pm-12:00am, with plenty of additional (optional) overtime on top.

The Role:
- Assessing and Inspecting fleet of buses
- Undertaking PPM and reactive maintenance
- Work within tight-knit team of 8 and liaise with engineering manager
- Rotation shift pattern, working 40-50 hours a week, working every third weekend.
The Person:
- HGV/PCV Engineer or similar
- Looking for lots of overtime.
- Commutable to Didcot
