- Providing front line customer support, handling enquiries and complaints
- Producing pick lists and supporting documentation for customer requirements
- Completing operational documents in a timely manner
- Plan resource to ensure activities on shift can be achieved
- Measuring and reviewing customer KPI's and service targets
- Working closely with other members of staff, both in-person and via other communication channels
- Data entry tasks
- Have experience in a customer facing environment
- Be confident at dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good mathematical ability
- Have good attention to detail
- Be willing to learn all aspects of the role
- Have the ability to work both as part of a team but also on your own initiative
- Be confident at using computer software
