- Take full ownership of the bonded stores area, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Perform incoming inspections of parts upon delivery to verify quality and compliance.
- Manage the bonding in/out of materials in line with internal processes and databases.
- Oversee kitting out of parts for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery to support production milestones.
- Conduct cycle counts of high-value items and oversee annual stocktakes to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain clear records of checked-out bonded and non-bonded items.
- Ensure COSHH cabinets and associated documentation are current and compliant.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to support material availability and resolve issues.
- Update and manage MRP systems and procurement sheets to ensure data integrity.
- Support packing, shipping, and logistics activities when required.
- Demonstrable experience working within Bonded Stores environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and bonded material management.
- Technical knowledge of machined components, including the ability to interpret technical drawings, surface finishes, and tolerances.
- Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Practical experience using metrology equipment.
- Experience operating a stack truck or similar equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Background in the Aerospace or Space sectors.
- Previous experience within regulated industries, such as aerospace, defence, or communications.
