Production Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + 33 days holiday + Days Based + Progression + Training + Additional Company Benefits
You will be based in or commutable to from one of the following locations: Didcot, Abingdon, Oxford, Aylesbury, Slough, Kidlington, Reading. Other locations will also be considered.

In this role you will work to increase production across a specialist manufacturing site as part of a company who are known for their further progression and training and excellent benefits package.
The company have been established for over 40 years and supply their products to the far corners of the globe, due to continued growth and expansion plans they are now looking to add a Production Manager to the team to help build on the continued success of the company.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar level role and a background inindustrial manufacturing looking for a long-term permanent position within a forward-thinking and growing company.
The Role:
-Working as a Production Manager within a busy and expanding manufacturing company
-Duties of the role will include but are not limited: HSE, Quality, Manufacturing, Production, Recruitment, Schedules, Continuous Improvement and much more.
-Monday Friday (7am 4pm)
-Long term permanent position
The Person:
-Previous experience in a similar-level production focused position
-You will have previous experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
-NEBOSH qualified
-Looking for a long-term permanent role
