A prestiges company based in Harwell are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. They are about to undertake an office move so this role will be pivotal in this, with responsibility to ensure it happens seamlessly.

Smooth running of the office including:

  1. Managing the cleanliness and tidiness including contract cleaning services
  2. Welcome to visitors, being the first point of contact
  3. Ensuring refreshments are in stock
  4. Taking deliveries
  5. Ensuring catering if required for meetings
  6. Health and Safety
  7. Ensuring that health and safety standards are monitored and met
  8. Report and issues and provide solutions
  9. Support for team days
  10. Venue hire
  11. Catering
  12. Ensuring the event runs smoothly
  13. Support office move project
  14. Securing removals
  15. Coordinating meetings for the project
  16. Input on facility set up, furnishings and decor
  17. Communication with employee about the move
  18. Admin support
  19. Opening and distributing post
  20. Taking care of outgoing mail
  21. Correspondences to employees or external partners as requested
