A prestiges company based in Harwell are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. They are about to undertake an office move so this role will be pivotal in this, with responsibility to ensure it happens seamlessly.
Smooth running of the office including:
- Managing the cleanliness and tidiness including contract cleaning services
- Welcome to visitors, being the first point of contact
- Ensuring refreshments are in stock
- Taking deliveries
- Ensuring catering if required for meetings
- Health and Safety
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are monitored and met
- Report and issues and provide solutions
- Support for team days
- Venue hire
- Catering
- Ensuring the event runs smoothly
- Support office move project
- Securing removals
- Coordinating meetings for the project
- Input on facility set up, furnishings and decor
- Communication with employee about the move
- Admin support
- Opening and distributing post
- Taking care of outgoing mail
- Correspondences to employees or external partners as requested
