Specialising in the treatment and disposal of nuclear waste, with a commitment to protecting people and the environment both now and for future generations.Your new role:As a PMO Practitioner, you will provide specialist, hands-on support and expertise to the PPM community and PMO Managers. You'll assist Portfolio Office leads by meticulously monitoring portfolio documentation and maintaining comprehensive registers for dependencies, risks, assurance schedules, and more. PMO Practitioners implement guidelines, procedures, and templates to develop and sustain business cases, costs, plans, and baselines. Additionally, you'll provide P3M data and dashboards to decision-makers, effectively managing issues, risks, and change controls.What you'll need to succeed:

  • Lead by example while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions, solve problems, and make key decisions in dynamic environments.Desirable skills:
  • Accreditation with a professional body and commitment to professional development.
  • Knowledge of nuclear sector project/programme delivery.
  • APM or P30 accredited qualification.
  • Experience of working in a PMO environment.
