Specialising in the treatment and disposal of nuclear waste, with a commitment to protecting people and the environment both now and for future generations.Your new role:To support our mission, we are seeking a motivated Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our EPMO team. Our ideal candidate will manage and implement a best-in-class PMO service for the Client's Portfolio.In this role, you will manage, operate, and develop their sites to maximise the benefit for society. You will provide P3O support to decision-makers and delivery teams within the portfolio.What you'll need to succeed:

  • Professional qualification in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or a relevant degree in a related field.
  • Proven P3M experience in major projects/programmes.
  • 5+ years in relevant Project Management or P3O management, ideally in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environment.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • The ability to lead by example and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to provide solutions, solve problems and make key decisions in a dynamic environment.

Desirable skills:

  • Familiarity with how projects and programmes are delivered in the nuclear sector.
  • Accreditation with a professional body and commitment to professional development.
  • Accredited P3O qualification.
