- Oversee PA functions across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Write and maintain key documentation, including PA plans, reports, and process lists.
- Manage project non-conformances and lead the production of Non-Conformance Reports.
- Participate in design reviews and oversee all inspection stages.
- Support manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing processes.
- Conduct supplier audits and inspection activities to develop the supply chain.
- Provide PA input for bids and support business development efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or HNC with significant experience).
- Have experience in Product Assurance or Quality Assurance in a regulated sector.
- Understand industry standards and lean PA/QA approaches.
- Experience working with ECSS standards
- Are knowledgeable about material properties, including mechanical and thermal tolerances.
- Root cause analysis and practical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong technical communication and reporting skills.
- Internal auditing or ISO 9001 experience.
- Familiarity with regulated industry standards and hands-on technical roles.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Visio.
