Working Hours:Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) + one Saturday per month (9:00 AM 1:00 PM)

We are seeking a highly motivatedLettings and Sales Coordinatorwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and is driven to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and landlords, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings efficiently.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and compliance paperwork.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle referencing, right-to-rent checks, and tenancy renewals.
- Maintain accurate property listings across online platforms and in-office displays.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
- Ensure properties comply with legal and safety regulations (EPCs, gas safety, EICR certificates).
- Process invoices, rental payments, and deposit registrations.
- Support the team in meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining client records.
What Were Looking For:
- Full UK driving license and own transport (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- IT proficiency and experience with property management software (preferred).
- Knowledge of the local property market and regulations (desirable).
- Previous experience in a similar lettings or sales role (advantageous).
