We are seeking a highly motivatedLettings and Sales Coordinatorwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and is driven to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and landlords, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings efficiently.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and compliance paperwork.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Handle referencing, right-to-rent checks, and tenancy renewals.
  • Maintain accurate property listings across online platforms and in-office displays.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Ensure properties comply with legal and safety regulations (EPCs, gas safety, EICR certificates).
  • Process invoices, rental payments, and deposit registrations.
  • Support the team in meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining client records.

What Were Looking For:

  • Full UK driving license and own transport (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • IT proficiency and experience with property management software (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the local property market and regulations (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a similar lettings or sales role (advantageous).
