- Sourcing and engaging with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their recruitment journey.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job adverts promoting roles we’re recruiting on behalf of our clients.
- Schedule virtual and onsite interviews, manage post-offer administration and assist with the on-boarding process for new starters.
- Managing the office email inbox and answering any candidate/client queries.
- Full UK drivers licence
- Confident telephone manner
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

- Pre-Screen Call - A member of the Pertemps Talent Acquisition team and will contact you via phone to understand your interest in the position and to provide an overview of the role.
- Virtual Interview – Once progressed from pre-screen, you will have a TEAMS interview with the branch senior leadership team which will give you a platform to ask questions and gain insight into the team and company.
- Final Stage – Come into the office and meet the team in person, again if we see you as a Pertemps person then you’d be offered an opportunity to work with us within 24 hours, we like to move quickly so make sure to bring your RTW documents.
