We are delighted to be working with an exciting organisation based in Harwell that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This role will suit someone that has previous experience in a similar role, or someone wanting to kick-start their career in finance! Offering £25,000, hybrid working + fantastic benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Upload bank transactions onto the finance system
  • Reconcile bank account daily
  • Ensure all sale invoices are raised accurately
  • Ensure debtors are settled within agreed payment terms
  • Assist with credit control duties
  • Set up supplier accounts
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure all purchase invoices are processed accurately and timely
  • Process cash expenses
  • Process and reconcile credit card expenses

  • Previous office management skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
