- Lead and manage the workshop team, ensuring that targets are met, and quality is maintained
- Foster strong communication between departments, including our Bodyshop and Parts Sales, to ensure seamless workflow
- Manage work levels to optimise output and productivity in the workshop
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase workflow efficiency and make the most of our team's skills and space
- Promote professional upsell opportunities through customer service and technician reports
- Oversee daily operations, including holding workflow meetings to ensure smooth processes
- Represent our brand to customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touch point
- Track and manage bookings, estimates, and customer interactions through our CRM system
- Oversee invoicing and ensure accurate job tracking, compiling regular KPI reports for management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A proactive, can-do attitude, and the ability to take ownership of issues
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of achieving targets and goals
