Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? A fantastic Mainstream Primary School in Didcot is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with children who have Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), and other learning challenges.

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant (Didcot)

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to SEN students in the classroom
  • Helping children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Global Development Delay reach their full potential
  • Assisting teachers in implementing tailored learning plans and classroom activities
  • Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with SEN children (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or related needs)

  • GCSEs in Maths & English (C or above) required

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
