Planet Recruitment have recently registered an exciting new opportunity for our client based in Didcot, Oxfordshire who are looking for a Purchasing Manager / Buyer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking stock levels, sourcing, selecting, negotiating and purchasing high quality garments, pee products and materials at competitive prices.
  • You will work closely with suppliers to ensure that we receive the best quality goods with great service while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery to meet our business and client needs.
  • You will be working in a busy close-knit team to ensure timely delivery of goods to meet forward orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure suppliers meet our quality, delivery, and sustainability standards.
  • Identify cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier selection.
  • Ensure that the best value for money while maintaining product quality and brand integrity.
  • Source materials that align with Enduro's sustainability and ethical commitments.

Experience / Qualifications:

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Achieved CIPS Level 4 or similar preferred, or preferred to work towards this qualification
  • Supplier Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Teamwork.

Education:

A-Level qualifications preferred with a minimum of 5 GCSEs, or the equivalent including Math and English
