Job Summary
:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Prepper / Paint Technician to join a specialist team in Didcot. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on classic cars and perform full resprays. Ideal for professionals with a passion for high-quality bodywork, but we also welcome applications from experienced preppers looking to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform preparation work, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Carry out high-quality full resprays and classic car restoration projects.
  • Inspect vehicles for defects and ensure all work meets the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in vehicle prepping, classic car work, or full resprays is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with specialized tools and materials used in vehicle painting.
  • A passion for classic cars and bespoke restoration is a bonus.
