As goodSous Chefyou will need to have come from a fine dining background or gastro restaurant, min of 2yrs in a professional kitchen whether hotel or restaurant, preferably some Rosetted experience. Worked previously in a busy operation and be eager to give that extra mile. Worked with fresh produce making everything from scratch.
As a Sous Chef for this company, you need to have a passion for food with a creative flair, and the drive to exceed to all customer expectations. This could also lead to Career progression eventually to Head Chef within the group as there will be new locations opening with accordance to the company business strategy.
- Previous Jnr Sous / Sous Chef experience within a quality fresh produce cooking environment for this role, at this level is essential
- Rosetted Restaurant / Gastro or Hotel experience is essential
- Ability to both self motivate and motivate others
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to train new staff when required
- Ability to create culinary masterpieces with passion for cooking
