Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the organisation
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead and manage a dedicated finance team
- Represent the finance department in board meetings
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Identify areas for cost reduction and financial improvement
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional accreditation such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical abilities
- advanced Excel and strong attention to detail
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per year
