Receptionist Administrator
About Us: We are a growing property management company based in Penarth. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service. We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills who can multitask and be a key member of our busy office where no two days are the same.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the property/accounts team.
- Answering all calls and taking clear messages.
- Logging issues on issue manager and updating existing issues.
- Dealing with service reports mailbox.
- Conducting site inspections and logging and saving to the system.
- Answering intercom.
- Handling basic request emails, such as meter reading requests.
- Managing postage, including taking franked post to the post office.
- General administrative tasks such as scanning.
- Providing teas and coffee for visitors.
Personal Specification:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in an office environment as a receptionist/administrator.
- Highly organised and always looking for efficient working practices.
- A positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A professional, confident, and clear communicator.
- Energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Punctual with strong time management skills.
- A team player who puts the business's needs at the forefront.
