Be Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to support various marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with promoting the company, administrative tasks, data entry, and the overall organisation of marketing activities.

Duties(not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Organise and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Promotion of the company and their services.
  • Monitor feedback & satisfaction levels.
  • Offer fresh ideas that may improve company performance.
  • Support social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Experience with office administration and clerical duties is preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers for various tasks, including typing and data management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
