About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Appeals Administrator to join our team in Dingwall. In this role, you will be responsible for handling appeals related to parking fines, a parking fine collection service. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of appeals and communicating decisions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review parking fine appeals submitted to the Dingwall office.
  • Assess each case carefully and determine whether the appeal should be approved or declined.
  • Communicate decisions to customers in a professional and clear manner.
  • If an appeal is declined and the person refuses to pay, transfer the case to Sheffield for potential legal action.
  • If the appeal is declined but the person chooses to pay, ensure the payment process is directed to the Denton, England site for continuation.
  • Work collaboratively with teams in both Denton and Sheffield to ensure the appeals process is handled efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or handling customer service inquiries would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office software.
