Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs in line with HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP standards.
- Plan and oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the hygiene and yard teams, promoting best practices and high standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training where necessary.
- Investigate hygiene-related incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken and documented.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to align hygiene practices with operational needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement improvements to hygiene processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in hygiene or sanitation management within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
