This is a newly created, high-impact role offering a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary up to £65,000. The Role:Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll be the go-to person for all things financial. From influencing key decisions to streamlining processes, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s growth. Your day-to-day job will include:

Taking the lead on UK accounting processes and meeting month-end deadlines with precision.
Preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly P&L reports.
Supporting budgeting and forecasting with insights that drive decisions.
Collaborating with international teams to deliver detailed financial analysis.
Managing balance sheet reconciliations, the fixed asset register, and capex reporting.
Identifying and championing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

About You:You’ll be a confident, outgoing finance professional who’s brilliant at engaging a wide variety of stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll bring:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA full or part qualification.
A solid track record and sound understanding of management accounting, with strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
Great communication skills – you'll be able to make even the most complex numbers sound somewhat straightforward!
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent results.
Bonus points if you can talk confidently in French... s'il vous plaît.
