Reed Practice can offer you a fantastic all-round vacancy where you can draw on your complete technical knowledge and experience,  in a Senior post for a leading regional chartered firm of accountants, in their General Practice department.

Your role will be a critical part of the team, responsible for providing the highest calibre of accounts preparation and tax compliance services for a wide range of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Tasks will include:

Process client records to draft accounts stage, complete file sections and cross referencing schedules

Prepare self-assessment, business and partnership tax returns including capital gains calculations and preparation of schedules of income from property.

Mentor, supervise and coach junior staff.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

The firm offers flexibility on working hours, and the remuneration on offer will reflect your skills.

To be considered for this post you will be at least part qualified or finalist,  or AAT qualified with solid experience in an accounting firm. You will have a good practical knowledge of UK GAAP and regulations for both SME and medium sized businesses and have mentored more junior colleagues.
