R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a fantastic business in their search for an Admin Support to join their Norfolk-based team on temporary basis. This is an integral role in providing varied administrative support to the team.

This is a full time, temporary position based in their office in Diss. The working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday - Thursday & 8:30am-4pm on Fridays. The offered salary is £25,000 per annum.

The day to day

  • Liaising with suppliers & businesses regarding delivery updates.
  • Processing orders.
  • Handling incoming queries, escalating where needed.
  • Carrying out invoice reconciliations.
  • Conducting other ad-hoc administrative tasks, as needed.

You will have/be

  • Previous administrative/office support experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner.
  • Organised and accurate when handling administrative tasks.
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
