Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing wealth management business in Diss, to find them a capable office based, full or part time Administrator . Hours are totally flexible and which may particularly suit if you’re looking to work around a school schedule. The pay is great too, offering a pro rata salary of up to £26,000pa, plus a monthly team performance-based bonus. As Pension Administrator, you will play a key supportive role, overseeing the day-to-day admin operations – a full job description is available, with a snapshot of main duties below: 
  • Dealing with incoming enquires, talking with new and existing clients, building good working relationships throughout.
  • Liaising with various external partners and pension providers to ensure the smooth processing of plans, right from onboarding through to post-sale and beyond.
  • Recording data accurately, using the in-house system, safeguarding compliance within FCA regulations and operating within their time deadlines.
  • Working alongside the team to report on pension plan activities for management review, monitoring changes in legislation as they happen.
 What you’ll need to be:
  • An organised, confident and friendly administrator, with a methodical and accurate approach (and someone who’s good with numbers too!).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the keenness and ability to learn specific pension software (training is of course, given).
  • Great communication skills across phone, email and in person
