Job Title: Support Adviser

Location: Eye, Suffolk - Office based 

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (subject to experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making appointments from various sources, including lead generators, online leads, and direct client calls. This role involves working from a script to discuss our business offerings and arrange appointments for our sales team to visit potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments from lead generators, online leads, and direct client calls.
  • Use a provided script to discuss the business and create appointments.
  • Arrange appointments for the sales team to visit potential clients.
  •  Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to sales visits.

Requirements:
