We have a great opportunity for aHead Chefto work daytime hours in our award winning, fresh food Bistro/Restaurant.
We have a Farm to Fork philosophy that centres around picking the freshest, Local ingredients. Allowing us to support the local community and procure the very best of Norfolk produce.
Our own Farm supplies much of our produce, and our butchery prepares it for both the kitchen and our farm shop.
We are searching for aHead Chefto continue and enhance our wonderful reputation whilst controlling all aspects of kitchen management and menu design.
You as theHead Chef
- Will have the experience needed to deliver enviable food for our guests.
- Will be responsible for Kitchen Hygiene and all compliance.
- Will support your junior Chefs and enhance them where appropriate.
- Will naturally adapt to unforeseen challenges.
- Will communicate efficiently and respectfully with all suppliers, both internal and external.
We are a family business and are open 7 days a week, your schedule will include weekend work on a rota with other senior chefs.
We also offer an events space and sporadic evening work would be required.
