Our client is a leading engineering company who is looking for a CNC Turner to join them within a temporary to permanent or permanent basis.
Applicants will have worked in a similar position previously
Main duties will include
Setting up and operating CNC machinery with live tooling to perform turning duties
Interpret technical drawings to fulfil customer requirements
Programming CNC machinery
Conducting routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimum performance
Inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise
Liaising with all levels of staffing to optimise production process and improve efficiency,
Candidate attributes
? Proven experience as a CNC turner
? Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques
? Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
? Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
? Good problem solving skills
? Ability to work using minimal supervision.
