We at Michelle Denny Recruitment are looking for a motivated administrator to take the role of Client Care Adviser for a reputable legal organisation in Diss. The company are offering a competitive salary of up to £26,000pa, with Monday to Friday working days.  In this role, you'll have the opportunity to liaise with prospective clients, manage your own caseload, and ensure the delivery of outstanding client care. You'll be making good use of your exceptional communication skills and your proactive approach will help clients calling in, who will need your assistance and guidance, right through their customer care journey.  What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising with prospective clients to secure and administer new instructions
  • Collecting and validating client information for the set up of new cases
  • Liaising with medical and rehabilitation partners to progress clients' cases
  • Keeping clients updated of key events and appointments
  • Speaking with witnesses and other relevant parties  
What you'll need to be/have:
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your own work
  • Proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent call handling skills and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable making quick and accurate decisions
  • Relevant experience gained from working in a similar office environment
  • A confident verbal and written communicator
