Have you been looking for an interesting office-based customer service advisor role with some soft sales goals and incentives? Michelle Denny Recruitment may have the position you’ve been searching for! Working alongside Lexham Insurance, we’re building on the existing team of Customer Service Sales Advisors based in their Thetford office. The basic salary is £26,000pa and there are additional commissions and benefits on top too (OTE £28k).

Located in their office in Thetford, you’ll be at the heart of this busy organisation.

You’ll need to love talking with people on the phone and have great listening skills too.

Working to gentle targets, you’ll be:

  • Taking calls from customers wishing to purchase motorcycle insurance, and you’ll be guiding them through the process, ensuring you have all the necessary information to provide each person with the best quote and policy to suit their needs.

Your working week:

  • The offices are open: Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 7.00pm Saturday | 9.30am - 4.30pm   You'll work an average 37.5-hour, 5-day week.
  • Working times are based on a pre-planned 3-week rotating schedule, so you'll always know when you're at work, so you can plan your life.
  • You'll be in the office on alternate Saturdays and even though the Saturday working hours are shorter (9:30am – 4:30pm), you'll be given a full day off during the week, plus there's overtime should you wish.
