Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a market-leading insurer in their search for a detailed-oriented, analytical Data Administrator and Account Support to join their dynamic team. Based in their Diss office just a stones’ throw away from Diss railway station, this position is offering a salary circa £26k available on a hybrid basis. So, if you are an organised professional, good with numbers and have a passion for supporting teams and keeping processes running smoothly, then please read on. As a Data Administrator and Account Support you will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy and support to the accounts team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Manage and organise digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling post/emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative and data-related support as needed.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel with the ability to learn the Business' bespoke data management system.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
