- Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage and organise digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling post/emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative and data-related support as needed.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel with the ability to learn the Business' bespoke data management system.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Salary in the region of £26,000pa according to your experience
