Michelle Denny Recruitment is excited to partner with a growing business in Diss, looking for an HR Assistant to join their expanding people management team.  What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance on policies and processes.
  • Manage facilities across the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Take and manage minutes for HR and company meetings.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll processing and oversee absence management.
  • Maintain personnel records and produce internal HR reports.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies & regulations.
  • Support senior management with travel arrangements and administrative tasks.
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Superb communication & people skills – a friendly approach is a must!
  • Strong attention to the detail with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
