Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be working again with Lancaster Gate, who are a well established insurance provider based in Diss, to assist in their search for a skilled professional within the insurance claims field, this is a dynamic role, particularly if you have experience with FNOL. This is a fully office based position which comes with a starting salary of £26kAs a Senior Claims Advisor, you'll take the lead in managing the FNOL process with finesse. You'll be the go-to person in the claims team, handling initial notifications, evaluating claims, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Carefully handle and evaluate incoming FNOL cases, making sure all information is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate with clients, policyholders, and team to gather the necessary details for processing claims.
  • Use your FNOL expertise to mentor and guide fellow team members, boosting the team's overall skillset.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve processes and make customers' experience even better.
  • Keep precise records and documents, sticking to both regulatory requirements and company's standards.
  • Key holder for opening and closing the office at the start and end of a shift (hours to be discussed).
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Claims Advisor, focusing on FNOL within the insurance industry.
  • Deep knowledge of FNOL processes, insurance policies, and handling claims.
  • Great communication skills to interact smoothly with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting without compromising attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities to support and guide newer team members.
