- Plan, develop, and manage the ISO 9001 Quality System to maintain compliance and approvals.
- Lead the Quality Department, overseeing daily quality records, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage non-conformance systems and customer complaints, utilising tools such as 8Ds and 5 Whys to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and ensure all processes align with company standards.
- Report monthly quality KPIs, including On Time Delivery, reject levels, and associated trends to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to achieve performance targets and maintain effective quality processes.
- Proven experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Systems and auditing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyse and report on quality data effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently at all levels of the business, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using quality tools and techniques to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- A working knowledge of metrology and the ability to interpret engineering drawings would be a great advantage.
- Computer literacy and a proactive approach to driving quality standards and processes.
