Michelle Denny Recruitment is on the lookout for an experienced Technical Claims Adjuster within Personal Injury to join a growing claims team within a brilliant company that’s going from strength to strength. Salary is £28,000 - £30,000pa with hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days WFH). This is your chance to work in a business that not only delivers exceptional service but also fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where people thrive. What you'll be doing:In this role, you’ll take the reins of a personal injury claims portfolio, running it with confidence and efficiency. You’ll investigate, validate, and negotiate claims, ensuring the best possible outcomes every time. Here’s a snapshot:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, hitting team and personal targets along the way.
  • Make sound decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity.
  • Handle claims through OIC, MOJ, and pre-action protocols like a pro.
  • Spot and address fraudulent claims early on.
  • Build rock-solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help shape and improve systems, policies, and processes for the claims team.
  • Stay aligned with all the legal and regulatory frameworks for motor claims.

  • Solid experience in personal injury claims – ideally within an insurer or solicitor environment.
  • Fantastic organisational skills – you can juggle priorities well!
  • A thorough understanding of OIC, MOJ, and litigation procedures.

  • Top-notch negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
