This is an excellent opportunity for both emerging and experienced leaders, with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum.Hours are on a rotating two-week shift of 6am-2pm | 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. Looking for a new challenge?Why not join a local fast-paced environment and take the lead as Production Team Leader. They will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for detail. Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the production process and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Purchasing, Quality Control and Logistics to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Prepare reports on production performance for senior management review.
 Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulation
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of production planning & scheduling
  • Understanding of quality control procedures
