What youll be doing:- Ensuring business activities align with Customer Duty and financial regulations
- Managing data protection policies, DPIAs, and data access requests
- Conducting risk assessments and supporting audits
- Educating teams and delivering compliance training
- Providing real-time compliance advice and preparing reports for leadership & the Board
- Proven experience in a compliance role within financial services or insurance
- Strong working knowledge of Customer Duty and UK GDPR
- Clear, confident communication able to simplify complex regulations
- Ability to work independently and with multiple teams
- Flexibility to travel occasionally between offices
- A salary iro £40,000, reflective of experience
