Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Basic Salary) + Commission and Benefits

OTE earnings: £50,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the estate agency branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team, motivating and supporting staff to achieve goals and exceed performance expectations.
• Drive business development initiatives, generating leads, securing new listings, and increasing market share in the local area.
• Oversee property valuations, viewings, and negotiations, ensuring a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, including financial data, sales figures, and market insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure a consistent and effective approach across the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong understanding of property sales, lettings, and valuations.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within an estate agency is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Target-driven and sales-focused, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• In-depth knowledge of local property markets in Norfolk and the surrounding area.
• Proficient in property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving license.
