Salary and Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
- Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour
Primary Duties:
- Providing exceptional, person-centred care to residents while addressing their physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Encouraging residents’ independence and creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Adhering to individual care plans and ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A nurturing and empathetic approach to care.
- Willingness to undergo necessary compliance checks.
