Sanctuary Personnel is actively searching for caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing top-notch care in care homes located in Diss. If you have experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, carer, or care assistant, we invite you to apply.

Salary and Shift Details:

  • Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour

Primary Duties:

  • Providing exceptional, person-centred care to residents while addressing their physical and emotional needs.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
  • Encouraging residents’ independence and creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Adhering to individual care plans and ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A nurturing and empathetic approach to care.
  • Willingness to undergo necessary compliance checks.
