We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for an Electrical Engineering Instructor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The position would consist of 37 hours of work per week, and would involve delivering workshop based training on the Electrical Engineering level 2/3 programme.
The starting salary would be up to 39,477 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%) in addition to a generous holiday allocation of 47 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays). Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a discretionary relocation package of up to 2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.
To apply for the role, you MUST have:
-a level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification
-good hands-on Electrical knowledge/experience
-a passion for passing on your knowledge
While the education provider are ideally looking for someone who has a teaching qualification, they would be more than happy to fully fund the right candidate through a teaching qualification on the job if they don't already have one.
