We are working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for a Head of Training for Nuclear Skills to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role of the Head of Training for Nuclear Skills is to take responsibility for the operational management and compliance of the Apprenticeship contract for all L2 and L3 Nuclear Apprenticeship Programmes (ie. Engineering, Pipefitting, Welding, etc), including the provision of Additionalities and Short Courses.

The starting salary for this position is 49,995 per annum, which would also include a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%), and a holiday allowance of 47 days (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays). Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a discretionary relocation package of up to 2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Engineering qualification
-A teaching qualification
-Extensive engineering education experience
-Experience in post 16 education/training including curriculum design, delivery, assessment and evaluation
