We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for a Welding & Fabrication Trainer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The position would consist of 37 hours of work per week, and would involve delivering training on MIG/TIG/MMA welding and fabrication to level 2/3 Welding & Fabrication learners.

The starting salary would be up to a maximum of 39,477 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%) in addition to a generous holiday allocation of 47 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays). Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a discretionary relocation package of up to 2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.

-a passion for passing on your knowledge

While the education provider are ideally looking for someone who has a teaching qualification, they would be more than happy to fully fund the right candidate through a teaching qualification on the job if they don't already have one.
