Role: Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative

Adore Recruitment are currenly looking for Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative.
The work will mainly be completing aftercare maintenance work on newbuild properties around South East of England. You will be expected to carry out multi-trade services including painting & decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing and basic carpentry.
The jobs will cover Kent, Sussex, Surrey and some parts of Berkshire and London. Occasionally you might be required to stay overnight away from home, full notice will be given.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Daily start from home
The ideal candidate must have full clean UK driving licence, trade and multi-skill experience relevant to industry, valid CSCS card or willingness to gain.
Salary 28k to 32k- depending on experience. Saturday overtime available at x 1.5 pay rate.
