My client is a Main Contractor with a strong history in Shopfitting across the UK. Due to a lot of successful tenders and frameworks they’re looking for multiple managers to join their ever-growing team ready for the new year

 

Most of there work is across clients such as: Restaurants, Hotels, bar, Fast food & other small stores on projects ranging from £250k - £5m.

 

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule all activities on the site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Resolve any issues, conflicts, or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
  • Lead and supervise a team of site personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
