Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Running your section to a high standard during busy services
  • Preparing and cooking dishes with precision and consistency
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations
  • Keeping your station clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
  • Assisting with menu development and mise en place
  • Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive team environment
