- First point of contact to visitors providing knowledge and direction.
- Cash handling.
- Assist in organising, planning and delivery of service and events.
- Ensure a high level of food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered too
- Undertake facility checks at the visitor's centre, including food paths and car park
- Promote responsible access to the public
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communications skills
- The ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for daytime shifts and weekends
