Commercial Accountant | Doncaster | up to £40,000 | Hybrid
One of the leading supply chain companies in the UK are recruiting for a Commercial Accountant to assist with the running of the financial planning, costing, pricing and financial reporting to the business.
Key responsibilities:
The role can be split up into four different areas:
- Month end reporting – Liaising with cross functional colleagues, across a range of departments including senior management to support sales and gross margin budgeting and forecasting.
- Bid and tendering support – Attending bid ‘kick-off’ meetings acting as the financial interface to the bid management team and procurement supporting bid delivery.
- Financial planning – preparing monthly financial planning information to support new reporting and solutions. Proposing change and innovation to contribute as a collective team
- Ad hoc commercial support to businesses – managing internal stakeholders and providing guidance to businesses as a business partner.

Candidate Essentials:
Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
Recently qualified or working towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong MS Excel skills - for example to create and adapt Excel models
